Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time for delivery in these cases. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit. When your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note that Sugarberry Creek Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked as delivered. We recommend closely monitoring your shipment to ensure successful delivery.

International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship outside the U.S.
